I am “Frankie” Bullard the owner/facilitator for A.C.E. Impact. My life is the tale of two cities Queens, New York and Miami, Florida. I am a graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and public administration, I furthered my education with a master’s degree in criminal justice from Florida State University. I have worked in the field of public safety for over twenty (20) years, as a certified group fitness instructor for fifteen (15), & as a program facilitator for the past thirteen (13) years.
